The Scottish Executive set up a centre for change and innovation in the NHS just four months ago. Director June Andrews hopes it is not too long before it can close. Steven Black reports
IF JUNE ANDREWS has her way, the Scottish Executive’s new centre for change and innovation will not exist for long. ‘I hope that managers and nurses will be beating a path to my door to champion change,’ says Ms Andrews, the centre’s director. ‘The momentum for reform will become self-sustaining very quickly.’
